Will this base be okay for Winchester Model 70 chambered in .375 H&H magnum? also if I add Tenebraex ARD on the objective lens and flip lens covers will the scope clear the barrel?

Yes, this base will fit the Winchester 70 in 375 H&H Magnum. Assuming you are referring to the TORIC 4.5-30X56 scope (as this is the only ARD size we offer) it would depend on the rings you choose.
